Dutch Municipality Awards €1.8 Million Residential Development Project

A contract award notice published on 20 October 2026 confirmed a €1.8 million award to Bouwonderneming van Bekkum for development of the former MAVO school site in Zwanenburg. The project is intended to deliver approximately 18 apartments, with the developer responsible for development and subsequent sale or rental; the €1.8 million is the published award value.
