Pickalbatros Secures US$250 Million Financing for Moroccan Hotel Expansion

On 15 October, the International Finance Corporation and Attijariwafa bank announced a US$250 million financing package for Pickalbatros Hotels & Resorts’ Moroccan operations. The financing will support the acquisition of three hotels in Casablanca and the refurbishment and upgrading of properties, creating opportunities across hospitality development, hotel services and tourism infrastructure.
